We had John replace our roof, siding, gutters and soffit three years ago. We have run into a few issues with improperly installed siding and improperly installed soffit causing a huge gap to let animals into our attic. We noticed the bulging siding last year and John sent someone to fix the siding last year and they put a few screws into it to try and hold it down and it has bulged again. I never thought our house would look SO beautiful! We knew the specific roof that we wanted on our house. I received 6 bids. My first impression was that John worked hard and wanted to do our job. He came to visit with me on the day I called. He is the owner, not a salesperson for the company. Right away John was upfront about costs and was very fair on the price he was to charge. John and his crew are amazing. John came and worked with my insurance company. Helping me navigate my way around what the insurance was saying John always returned my calls or text. He kept me up to date on the time frame of when the house would be finished. Once finished we did a walk through and I made a small list of what I still needed done. Last week I had the pleasure of hiring Snowbird to replace our roof, gutters, and soffits here in Springville. I chose John after comparing a lot of well reviewed companies who had competitive bids after he showed me the reason why my old gutters were leaking (the roof wasn't installed correctly 25 years ago) when nobody else pointed that out.
