Highly recommend Snowball Pest Control! We had a hornet problem, and David came out and took care of it for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. He explained what he was doing, handled the problem quickly, and did a great job.

Technician is supposed to spray along the baseboards, in the cabinets and under both sinks ( bathroom and kitchen). Ours came in and sprayed 1 spot in each room while leaving out the cabinets and the rest of the baseboards. He had no communication with us as to what we should do to alleviate our pest problems and was gone within 5 minutes. The spray is yeilding little to no effect on the pests after multiple treatments, when applied this way, and seems to be making the infestation worse due to the technician's negligence.

Do not recommend - purchased the year pest control package and we were told to call anytime we needed service - we continued to have ants and spiders so called for service - do I called today and was told we had them out too many times - 10 this past year - well we still had spiders and ants !! So much for call as needed No thanks ! We still had the bugs after you spraying !
