Do not recommend - purchased the year pest control package and we were told to call anytime we needed service - we continued to have ants and spiders so called for service - do I called today and was told we had them out too many times - 10 this past year - well we still had spiders and ants !! So much for call as needed No thanks ! We still had the bugs after you spraying !

I had a wonderful experience with Snowball Pest Control. They were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to ensure I got a same day appointment! Josh was kind and did a wonderful job. 10/10!

Snowball is AMAZING! We used the year-round services from day one when we lived in Independence since we backed up to a field and we use the year-round in our home in Alexandria (we back up to woods from a farm). Between the two properties, they have helped with field mice, ants invasion, spiders, carpenter bees, ground infestation of hundreds of wasps and wasp building a nest in our outside ceiling fan! Snowball was very responsive to my problem. They were fast and efficient. Took care of my problem promptly! Were very reasonable too. Thank you Snowball for such a good job!
