Set an appointment for an oil change. Came in a few minutes early to respect the appointment time and drop off and wait. Over an hour passes and no one has asked me any questions, or checked in with suggestions. No one else in the waiting area. I get a feeling my car hasn’t been touched. Sure enough, it’s still sitting on the street. I go to see why. I’m told, “Well he’s been on a break.” That’s what appointments are for, which is a concept they don’t quite get apparently. Book your appointment accordingly.

So I called them and asked if I could get an inspection and a quote on Monday 8 am and they didn’t respond for a week after me calling them 3 times to confirm. Really I wanted the inspection which they wouldn’t even book me for. Then when I called to ask why they wouldn’t look at my car the lady at the reception tried to get mad and condescended me saying “the repair team is busy etc” “we need a technician look over the report” since when do you need that for an inspection?
