Shoddy workmanship. Failure on the part of management to own up to their mistakes. lack of communication or interest in communicating. Supported by other Ford dealer that was required to repair their $8,000 mistake. utilize a local reputable mechanic but stay away from this place.
I was stuck and had no idea what was going on with my car. I called first thing and spoke to Tyler, he was very polite and super nice he squeezed my car in to look at it so I could get home. The whole team at this Ford dealership is very polite and goes above and beyond even the shop personnel . They helped me out immensely in a stressful situation. I am going home today thank you again for everything highly recommend if you are up this way or live here.
