Christina Snow is fantastic. She has helped me with my shoulder and neck. I was in pain for most of the last five years, and medications did not solve the issue. I really did not want to rely on medication for the rest of my life. My injuries are from a car accident around 12 years ago, and I thought the damage was permanent. I assumed this was just my new normal. After six sessions, I feel like I am getting close to normal. She has explained the stretches and exercises I need to do to keep improving.
