No refund despite valid warranty I submitted a refund request on May 22 under my valid 2 year warranty. I met all the required conditions and was told to discard the defective unit, which I did. I was assured I would be refunded and provided my banking information through their payment platform. It’s now June 17, and I’ve received nothing — no refund, no confirmation, and no response. All their support emails bounce back or are full. I’m now being ignored. Very disappointed after trusting this brand

I bought a battery snow blower few years ago. Within one season stopped working, and was replaced. Then the batteries wouldn't charge. They said they would replace the batteries once I dispose them and provide a video as proof, which I did. Then they told me that they will refund if I dispose the blower and you guessed it!..... Send a video, which I did. No refund yet. Every time I call they make new excuses. Buyers beware , this business is not trustworthy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased the snow, Joe pet friendly salt. I used it on my driveway, my walkway and my patio and after all the snow had melted and it's began to become nice and sunny here I noticed pits where the concrete had been eaten away by the salt. The driveway is approximately seven years old.
