I bought a battery snow blower few years ago. Within one season stopped working, and was replaced. Then the batteries wouldn't charge. They said they would replace the batteries once I dispose them and provide a video as proof, which I did. Then they told me that they will refund if I dispose the blower and you guessed it!..... Send a video, which I did. No refund yet. Every time I call they make new excuses. Buyers beware , this business is not trustworthy.
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased the snow, Joe pet friendly salt. I used it on my driveway, my walkway and my patio and after all the snow had melted and it's began to become nice and sunny here I noticed pits where the concrete had been eaten away by the salt.
