My roomate was confirmed to have lice, and told me while I was in class, I left class to go to the health center to get myself checked. I explained my situation and that I simply needed to get checked. The receptionist was rude, and there were 3 employees sitting behind the desk doing nothing. They told me that there was nobody available to help me and that I had to go to a hospital instead. Jessica is really kind and down to earth. I've missed a couple appointment on accident but theyve always been insanely kind and understanding about. Never had a bad experience

The Snow Health Center pharmacy is really good. The pharmacists are willing and able to provide special care for patients--I've experienced quite the opposite at some of the chain pharmacies. I've also had good experiences getting flu shots at Snow Health Center. Nurses and staff were professional and efficient. Since they know what they are doing the shots aren't bad and it's great not getting sick. I have not used any other services.

If you need a quick check up or help from the counseling services this is the place to do so at. Beware, that many of the psychiatrists and therapists in the counseling services appear to lack experience and empathy for the patients. If this location is your only option; please go right ahead, but it won't be the top grade health care experience that a human being may be looking for.
