Avoid This Place – Terrible Management & Fake Reviews Living here has been a nightmare. If something in your apartment breaks, don’t expect management to fix it—they rarely respond, and you’ll have to figure it out yourself. Many units don’t even have air conditioning, so summers and fall are unbearably hot. Management is one of the worst parts of this place. I really enjoyed this place! It feels a lot more homie! Great people all around! And if part of the church there are some great wards and stakes!
I’ve lived at snow gardens for 2 school years now and it’s been great. Maintained it often done fairly quick. I feel like if you’re looking for fairly quiet college experience this is a good place to be, but there’s always people to meet and become friends with.
Good apartments overall. Snow gardens is the place to go if you don’t want to deal with party’s all the time. They’ve got a cool hot tub and clubhouse. No complaints about management.
Definitely one of the higher quality apartments! Our apartment lost a lot of silverware and dishes over winter break because of miscommunication between a leaving student and the front desk, but management was quick to make up for it and helped us out a ton!
