I recently purchased an Acai machine from Snow Flow and it has honestly been the best investment for my business. The machine is top quality easily the best on the market and the support from the team have been outstanding. I have purchased three machines from them. However, when I asked for installation on my food truck, they couldn’t help. And they didn’t want to refund the delivery fee $150 as they said they spent time on my truck inspection. They are the worst suppliers I never see. Be careful what they said to you and make sure they mentioned in the invoice. I am still waiting for the refund and have been ignored for three weeks. Thank you for your reply.
