I really wanted to see the doctor and I called and I got an appointment for the next day really quick.I was seen by a doctor i already knew from anchor medical one of my best doctors I was well taken care of so loving and kind I recommend any to go there

It is virtually impossible to get in for an appointment as an already established patient. The majority of the time I need to be seen, I end up having to go to a walk in clinic because I cannot get an appointment. I might as well not even have a primary care doctor. This practice does a terrible disservice to their patients by making it hard to get care. Stay clear of this practice if you can.

Tried to get a prescription and was told that needed an approval form to be approved. I had contacted them to see if they could expedite the submission. The receptionist did not want to listen and said the process takes weeks and the nurse practitioner should have made me aware of that. They refused to submit documentation to the insurance and this prescription was denied. Also had another prescription that was denied and they informed me that they would not submit an appeal on my behalf. Time to look for a new provider.

Snow family medicine is amazing! They literally treat you like family, they hear your concerns and treat accordingly. My whole family goes here all the NPs are amazing. I never have any trouble getting sick visits or timely appointments. The office staff is also very sweet!
