Billing at this office is completely irresponsible. I ended up with a balance sitting for a year and a half because they failed to bill my secondary insurance. I continuously received bills in the mail but was told not to pay them because I “didn’t owe anything.” Over the course of that time, I called about the bill four separate times and was reassured each time, including at every in-office visit, that my balance was $0. Just had my second annual visit to Snow Dentistry, and I’ve been so happy with my experience! I chose this dentist when moving to Charlotte from out of town due to the reviews - and they’ve definitely lived up to them! Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming, and I think they do a great job on the teeth part as well highly recommend!
I always have a great experience here. The staff is always nice and everyone there is very knowledgeable and gives you the best advice on oral health.
