I will never use this builder ever. I’m 4 months into my move in. And I still have contractors fixing things that should have been done correctly BEFORE I got a CO. Get it in writing or they will screw you. They tend run over budget. GET IT IN WRITING whatever it is.
Never again!! Make sure you get it in writing. Dustin likes to run UNDER BUDGET so they will screw you in the end. They did NOT leave my property the way the found it. A lot of cleaning up to do.
