I visited this place with some friends, and it was a huge disappointment. It’s extremely overpriced for what it offers, with nothing that justifies the cost. On top of that, the management was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, which completely ruined the experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Our experience as hotel guests was deeply disappointing and, frankly, inhumane. We were staying at the hotel as paying guests, traveling from abroad on a family trip with 18 people, including small children, elderly family members, and a one-year-old baby. After a minor incident on the mountain with the Ski Patrol (which involved no charges or legal consequences), we sought only clarification and understanding with them.
