I called for a second opinion about a carbon monoxide leak and a burning smell when the furnace stops working, the second opinion was needed by HEAP. Snow Belt showed up first thing in the morning.(thats a plus) BUT the guy only brought a flashlight with him (and a piece of jerky for my dog (another plus)). NO TOOLS, NO CARBON MONOXIDE TESTER. He used my store bought carbon monoxide detector as his only tool. The furnace guy, getting paid by the way, asked me,the customer, what type of nozzle is suppose to be on the furnace.... read more
