Before the snotty boss I tried a manual sucker which would make my daughter scream. And I tried another brand that was battery operated that only came in one size (that was way too big for my babies nose) which would also make her cry. I decided after all the reviews to spend the money and get a snotty boss. It came quickly and well worth the price I paid!!! My daughter doesn’t scream when I use the snotty boss. Worst customer service. Received a faulty vaporiser but would not provide a new one. No apology but asked if I operated it incorrectly. Overpriced compared to other online shops.
