The doctor is great once you can get in. Office staff has been terrible. They do not answer phones during business hours. They do not return calls. I’ve left a message once a week for a month and no return call. I was asked to send in pictures for an estimate and determination of needs and 1 month later still have not had a response. I can't review the services offered because I cannot get anyone to answer, nor return my calls. I have left more than one voice message and have sent an email. So frustrating, as she comes highly recommended by my general dentist.

Dr Christian seems to be a very knowledgeable provider and I was excited to work with her. Unfortunately, it’s been over three weeks since being seen and I can’t move forward because the office doesn’t answer their phones. I have left 8 voice mails on multiple department lines and have had two returned calls, both from an apologetic billing person who relayed she was trying to get the person who could help to call me back.
