Jeanne was real helpful and knowledgeable. She also helped me save some money on things that i would have unnecessarily purchased. I would recommend Jeanne and snore no more to all of my family and friends.
A little confusing to find ! I thought Google did it to me again! Great selection of CPAP supplies and very good prices too.Best to call Jeanne(leave a message) as she is very busy with other aspects of business.
Jeanne was super knowledgeable and was able to help me choose a new nasal pillow because the one I was using has been discontinued. Highly recommend this store!!!
I was so happy to find this place! Jeanne is a wonderful person to work with and VERY knowledgeable. She isn't just there to sell stuff. She is highly trained in all areas of CPAP and works hand in hand with my doctor to ensure I'm getting the best care possible. She even made my transition to Medicare as painless as possible, not an easy task. I truly would be lost without her!
Meet Jeanie, who thinks her every instance of snotty customer service is forgiven by calling you "Honey" over and over. Example--she's listed on Children's website as being on Oklahoma--instead of listening to where this misinformation is located, you know, so she might fix it, she more and more aggressively shouts "Honey, I"m in Cudahy, Honey." After I've explained that I'd have to make the trip on my lunch break, not that I expect her to have any empathy to consider how I can't make a longer trip in my alloted time. So tha... read more
