Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and kind. The process was easy to go through and they coordinated with my benefits to make sure everything I needed was ready and it was easy for me to submit. Linda and Kat have been checking up on me since I my CPAP and encouraged asking questions or seeking guidance.
I was one of those people who definitely did not want a CPAP Machine. When I got my sleep results and realized how detrimental they were to my health I felt I didn’t have any choice. So for me, a CPAP machine was like going to the Dentist, but I learnt I was very wrong and I was sorry I hadn’t looked after this years ago. Tourists alert! I had forgotten my seal to my sleep apnea machine and Katrina at the West Kelowna store was soooo gracious to sell us one. She said that they normally don’t sell them separately but took pity on me and sold it to me anyway since she knew how important it was. THANKS Katrina for the excellent customer service.
Hours of operation need to be updated online when there are long weekends. I checked online for Saturday April 19 and it said it was open but when I showed up, they were closed. Very inconvenient!
