Great experience and I was very impressed with Parmida! She was very thorough and professional. You can tell she cares about her clients!
Friendly staff who helped with all the insurance stuff and all the questions I had. A wee bit expensive compared to some competitors but insurance covered everything anyways plus the service is phenomenal.
I had a great experience dealing with the folks at Snore MD Inc. @ 541 W. Broadway (the Burnaby location sucked LOL wouldn’t let me use the restroom so I left LOL). I picked up a CPAP and mask on Sept. 5. Several weekly follow ups were done by Amneeta (she was GREAT!!!) in order to tweak the settings on the CPAP to reach our target goals. I’m happy to say that within month and a half..we reached our goal. YAY!!! Quick and easy on-time appointment, answered all my questions, provided all necessary support information and kept my appointment short and efficient without feeling rushed.
I was anxious about my appointment to fix my CPaP machine and the expense etc. but I left so happy and relieved! Parmida A. was SO helpful and kind. She was very patient with me and took her time to thoroughly go over all the details. It genuinely felt like she wanted to help me as much as possible. Parmida was super friendly and warm and I loved her cool sweater! 10/10!
