Staff were very very professional and nice from the beginning. The process to get a take home test took about 2 months from initial consultation. The 2 star review is because after I took the take-home test and followed each step carefully, my results came back negative. I wasted a lot of time thinking I didn't have any issues after that. Got tested again in a proper lab and the results were positive with a high degree of sleep apnea. Their take home test was not accurate - always get double tested.
