Customer service is exceptional- friendly, helpful, patient. Naomi kept in touch frequently for the 1st month of my CPAP usage. The CPAP data is monitored frequently by Naomi and her team. I did not hesitate to ask questions via text, or come to the store. I believe they are truly invested about their client's success. No sales gimmicks or upselling. In fact, they found savings for me. What a pleasure it is to visit the store. Thank you so much ♥️

Special shout out to Naomi who continually proactively follows up to ensure you’re sleeping soundly and comfortable. You can tell she cares and is in it for the long haul and not just sell you a machine and mask and then it’s on you to figure out. Highly recommended to go here.
Pricing can't be beat and the staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Free distilled water is a bonus as is setting up a subscription for their free delivery to your door for supplies. Wish I was able to take advantage of all this sooner.
Great experience. Naomi is incredibly knowledgeable and kind she did a great job. You can tell she cares about her patients. The clinic is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
