I had an extremely upsetting experience with Snore MD, and it had nothing to do with the sleep test itself—it was entirely about the behaviour of Samantha and her manager, Richard. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my CPAP unit and helped set me up on her computer so we could track my nightly sleep patterns.
