I was at the clinic last week,,,Nina explained everything so nicely,,,great experience🤌🏻❤️
Very pushy for selling product! charged me for a mask and send it to the wrong address. and no refund and no mask! but I still had to pay for it. i was not very happy with my experience. and I would highly recommend people to be careful with these pushy sales people.
I came to this clinic following a doctor’s referral. I was initially feeling anxious, but it turned out to be an excellent experience. The team provided attentive, thoughtful care and really took the time to understand my needs and concerns. Nina and Oksana were especially wonderful—they checked in with me regularly and made adjustments as needed to help ensure I was getting the best possible quality of sleep. You guys do not clean/wash or sanitize the strap or device before giving it to people. My at home system stunk SO BADLY of body odour I had to spray it with febreeze. Very gross! You should be washing the strap and system before giving it to customers.
