It was time to purchase a new chap machine. I am a patient of Snore MD for many years now, and staff turns over every once and awhile. The two girl today went way above and beyond. They explained everything and made sure that all paperwork and computer work was all correct and complete. I can’t explain how much I enjoyed purchasing my new machine from them, I had a smile on my face the whole time. Thank you so much Grace and Suoya.
We had an excellent customer experience. We had a really good consultation with Suoya. Super knowledgeable and great communication. We learned about the process and the overall health issues that sleep apnea can cause. Suoya was awesome. All the staff here are super professional and extremely friendly and approachable.
3 separate but necessary visits to the Ladner Snore MD location completed my purchase of a Cpap machine and accessories. The experience was much better than I assumed it would be. The ladies during first 2 visits were wonderful to deal with (sorry, names escape me at this time), explained everything patiently and expertly, including testing results.. My husband was having trouble with full face mask and was giving up. Richard stepped in and suggested a alternate model and it was the right model for my husband. My undying gratitude to Richard. We both are enjoying good night sleeps!
