Amazing staff and customer service. Walked in with my Dr's info and was helped right away. Everything was covered by insurance and was taken care of very fast and professional. All options were explained and Andrew was able to get me fitted and showed me how to use and clean machine right away. Very clear demonstration and I signed up for the discount ongoing auto renewal of various components. Top shelf company and staff.
I am an out of town traveller. I forgot a key piece for my Resmed Airsense 11 CPAP at home. My sleep that first night was horrible since I couldn't use my machine. I dropped in to Snore MD in Kelowna. They were the kindest folks and were awesome in getting me set up with the part I needed. Thanks a million Snore MD in Kelowna! You definitely made my second night much more comfortable.
I was in town on vacation and realized I'd forgotten my mask-hose connector at home, now a flight away. The Snore team hooked me up with a replacement quickly and made my day!
