Great customer service, patient and helpful to first timers
This is my first day using Resmed CPAP machine and not very happy I feel like I am suffocated when tried at the clinic it looks very easy however, when I tried at home with the water it was not easy . I have trouble breathing.also I am afraid of moving too much while sleeping in the night CPAP machine may fall down from side table.
I was at snore md today I used to go a lot before and all the employees were nice and all. But when I went today there was this woman her name is Rachel M she is extremely disrespectful and so rude. Like when I ask her a question she answers like I have a problem with her. Also to the management you guys should teach these type of people manners and to not be rude with customers before you hire them. Thank you for understanding.
Employees were very accommodating. Therapist was very great in explaining about the process of using cpap and they always follow up how the patient is doing. Dad can now sleep peacefully and no more snoring
