I go to Kensington Plaza all the time for everything. i have walked past SnoreMD probably 100 times. I popped in today to see what they’re all about, I’ve always had problem's with feeling rested but I thought I was just getting old. I was greeted with a huge smile right away. Rachel at the front explained everything to me in a way that actually made sense, she gave me the form to bring to my doctor, and even showed me the equipment I’d take home if I get tested for sleep apnea. I am very disappointed in with this clinic. One of the staff treated me very rude and find out there some kind of racism and regards of not having my MSP card. She was treating me like a criminal. Sometimes the same people that look like us are the worst. I won't recommend this clinic at least not this one. Very disrespectful in regards of professionalism.
Staff are very supportive! They are always helpful and responsive whenever we encounter an issue while the patient is using the device. The service is very fast, the environment is comfortable, and communication is always timely and clear. The only tiny downside is that it’s a bit far from my home—haha! Hopefully one day you can open a branch near Metrotown!
Rachel was very informative with my sleep apnea condition. I’m so grateful to now get the quality of sleep my life desperately needs. Thank you Rachel for changing my life!
