I had always wanted a natural birth. I found Roxanne and she helped me with this. My first was supposed to be born in a birthing center but there were minor complications. she was there though to fully support even though I delivered at the hospital. She delivered my second born at home. that was so a beautiful experience. She has a loving manner and teaches me all the time about gentleness and reminded me to talk to my little ones even while they were still in the womb. I def reccomend her.
Roxanne is a very respectful and calm provider whose encouragement and care were invaulable. She walked beside us on our pregnancy journey, always providing evidence based care and seeking informed consent. We had a wonderful home birth, and she supported us wuth gentle guidance and encouragement every step of the way. That gentleness and respect carried over to the way she interacted with my newborn daughter as well.
We had been searching and fighting for the chance to have a midwife help us with an at home birth since our first child was a c-section. Prior living situations limited us to only doctors in clinics who were mostly reluctant to "letting" us have a natural birth after c-section. Because I carry past 40 weeks with each child we had to be induced to appease the doctors and keep c-section talk at bay. So love serving and being blessed by your wonderful family!
With a nursing and nutrition education, I knew I made the right choice. Three years ago today, I gave birth to a healthy baby girl in water. No pitocin, methergine, oxytocin, or anaesthesia. I trusted my healthy body, midwife, and baby. I hope more women will come to realize the energy they have within themselves. I didn't need to curse, scream, or even hum, because I knew physiologically what my body needed air and distraction. My midwife was an amazing listener, advisor and supportive of my birth plan. Always felt positive... read more

So thankful to have had the honor to serve your beautiful family!
I am a nurse who has always wanted a home birth. I had a hard time finding a CNM who did home births close to my home, but when I found Roxanne I was ecstatic. It was worth traveling the 25-30 minutes to each appointment. Roxanne is amazing. She has a way at making you feel at ease, even in the midst of the hardest point of labor. She will definitely be my first choice midwife when I get pregnant again. After talking to some of my friends about my whole home birth experience and how great all the office visits were many of t... read more
I wish I could've had Roxanne delivered my babies! She is just the sweetest, kindest and most joyful person. Due to distance and complicated pregnancies it wouldn't have worked out, but there's not a day when I am not wishing life had gone a different way! I recommend her to all my friends!
