DON'T GO HERE! Choose anywhere else! Went for extreme morning sickness the end of last year. Received only fluids and liquid zofran. They charged me $3,500. After insurance, $1,800. After filing for financial aid, they only covered 30% leaving us with us with $1,200. We've received 100% financial aid at all other hospitals from having our children. It's already been sent to collections amounting more fees. If I had known they were like this, I would've just toughed it out. Hope this can help someone else!
Snoqualmie valley hospital billing department has the worst possible customer service. You are unable to get an itemized bill without asking repeatedly. When you make payments the are not applied correctly. And not to mention when you call and leave a message hoping to get a return call no one calls you back.
We attempted to have my mom transferred here after her surgery since she fits their criteria and it is relatively close to our home. The case manager at our hospital had (in her words) the most frustrating experience in her career trying to work with “Chris” to fax paperwork back and forth (faxing in 2024!!!) and spent hours trying to work with him yesterday. She said she even had to raise her voice. Very disappointing so wanted to make sure others know about this experience.
