Never received the results of my sleep study. After multiple calls and requests to have this sent to my Primary Care Physician, they have now stopped returning my calls. I have been trying since January of 2024. Considering to sue them for insurance fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Does not answer the phone consistently during business hours, called me back and left a vm, and wanted to TEXT with me about scheduling an appointment. This is a medical situation so that feels pretty HIPAA questionable. Their website was sketchy to begin with as it is one of those home-spun Wix sites. But I found them through my insurance as "in network" and since their website says that In-Lab sleep studies are "the gold standard" I chose them because I know that I want an in-lab study and not an at home study. Love the hospitality the tech was fun to talk to and Angie was awsome helped me switch out of my original mask and im loving my sleep now thanks for the attention.
