Positives: the purchasing experience was great and Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Negatives: the delivery experience was terrible. The first time the delivery people didn’t show up. I called the store and spoke with Louis who said the reason the delivery people didn’t show up was because it snowed. Walked in there just to browse and Louis the sales rep. was really friendly didn't make us feel pressured to buy right away. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a kind and fun manner.
Have been trying to figure out where my mattress is that I ordered weeks ago. Store is not returning calls, the other stores in the area say they don’t know what’s going on with this location. Go to Academy blvd location instead. Much better.
Ordered our temperpedic weeks ago and still have yet to recieve... no way to contact this place either it just has a busy signal?? This is absurd... my MIL Spent 7k on this mattress.
