In-store experience was fine but didn't find a mattress we liked. Went with one only sold online and was unique. However since visiting we have now received MULTIPLE illegal 7AM promotional text messages. 5 in about the last ~6 weeks. You are not allowed to text before 8AM even then best practice is later in the morning to not anger your protential customers....
Kyle was very helpful. I’ve been having some LBP issues, the pressure mapping was beneficial in confirming the type of mattress I needed. Also felt confident I was getting a fair deal.
Went to 5 different matress stores and Kyle at Snooze was the best out of all of them. I asked for the best and he delivered. It was crazy to think that at every other store their best was one of the bottom tier mattresses he carried. He worked with us to get something great and got some very nice sheets and pillows at a great price. Thanks Kyle!
Had the best experience, Kyle was really helpful and patient with what we were looking for and in the end we bought the best mattress that’s fit for us. Would definitely recommend!
