If I could leave a zero I definitely would. I also must say I NEVER write reviews but I felt the need to this time. I purchased a two wax special here from Groupon (which I use a lot and have never had any complaints) and this was by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I had to call numerous times to get through to even get my first appointment. Once I had an appointment(which I had to wait an entire month for by the way) was canceled the day before and had to be rescheduled at the last minute.... read more
Nicole is fantastic. I already booked my next appointment. She is very honest and clearly has a passion for her profession.
Do not go to this place. Snootie describes the owners personality perfect. Horrible customer service and you will be lied to 100 times upon arrival.

I moved here from Connecticut last summer and after having the same esthetician for 5 years, I was a bit nervous on starting over. I did a lot of research to find a place that I can trust with my skin. Fortunately, I did. Nicole is super.

Before you go to any spa, this place is one I would highly rec. It was a wonderful experience and I do not see myself going any other place for my skin care needs.
Great experience each visit. The esthetician is very knowledgable and caring. Treatments are wonderful as well as results.. Will never go anywhere else..
