Outstanding service by Tye Sanders with Snook's when fixing my dryer! Tye was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, fixed the issue, and even cleaned up the area afterward. If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy technician I highly recommend Tye for your job!
The service I received at the store was fantastic as was the delivery of the washer to my home. I want to comment especially on the delivery because the two gentlemen went above and beyond what a normal delivery is all about and it was a great experience.
My oven quit working a week before Christmas and I couldn’t afford to buy one..These guys not only found me a stove the same day, but delivered it and donated it!! Words can’t express how grateful I am! Thank you, Megan and Josh you guys are awesome! God Bless you both!
