She is so nice! I love that the appointments are one on one, you don’t feel rushed and she answered all my questions! She was super loving with my fur babies, very gentle and understanding! Definitely recommend! 🥰
Dr. Stein has been amazing, to the point, friendly, and honest. She tells you what you need and what you don't along with straight forward pricing. Being available to answer true emergency calls or answer questions over text is a huge plus. Dr. Stein is an exceptional veterinarian and an even better person. She showed incredible compassion during one of the hardest moments of my life. I reached out to her after hours on a Sunday, and she was so kind and understanding, putting me on her schedule for Tuesday. She made the process of saying goodbye to my beloved dog, Chum, as peaceful and dignified as possible. I will always be grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and the comfort she provided during such a difficult time.
