Dr To and staff are excellent
I’ve been going to this dentist since they opened up. I was happy at first and really liked the staff. Now, my husband and I are questioning their integrity. I see the dentist every three months for a cleaning. I went in recently and had a new dentist. This dentist said I had a dark spot on a tooth and I may need a root canal. Excuse me?? I've been going to Snohomish Dentistry for about 15 years. I trust Dr. To and he has always explained what work he is doing and always asks if I have questions or any pain. When there has been emergency work needed, they were very proactive in scheduling me quickly.
17 months. That's the time it took for these dentists to let me know my crown wasn't fitting properly & was collecting food/drinks, to now paying today alone, over $1600 to have the whole tooth removed. I developed an infection. They 1st started off by telling me it'd be "expensive to fix" and then when I got braces, they said they couldn't do anything until my braces were completed.
