Bills are becoming near impossible to pay, credit cards are piling up. Do we get any help for paying 100% of the time for the last 12+ years? This is scary, I have a lot to suddenly take on and I'm trying my best, billions go overseas, I just don't want tax / government issues. Why is it this bad? We're trying to play the system right, it's more than 6 thousand a year in just property tax. The benefits in education are not showing up the more we spend. I stopped by the office earlier and was helped by an awesome young lady. Wanted to leave her a positive review but didn't catch her name. If you see this, you're doing a great job! I called and had my service canceled on December 28. On January ninth I got another bill. I called them up and they said oh we never got a call that service was canceled. And of course they won’t give any kind of refund so when you cancel service make sure you get a confirmation number or email.

Absolutely horrible. My service was cut off and the bill was paid the same day. It has now been over 24 hours and they still have not restored service, while our food goes to waste in the fridge. There is zero sense of urgency or care for their customers
