I stopped by the office earlier and was helped by an awesome young lady. Wanted to leave her a positive review but didn't catch her name. If you see this, you're doing a great job! Also, thanks for the application forms for my organization - you're super helpful. I'll make sure to give Jullietta my feedback about this wonderful experience.

I called and had my service canceled on December 28. On January ninth I got another bill. I called them up and they said oh we never got a call that service was canceled. And of course they won’t give any kind of refund so when you cancel service make sure you get a confirmation number or email.

Absolutely horrible. My service was cut off and the bill was paid the same day. It has now been over 24 hours and they still have not restored service, while our food goes to waste in the fridge. There is zero sense of urgency or care for their customers

Amber assisted me with a particularly infrequent issue for a billing account at an adress that was inherited. She was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. She displayed excellent customer service and worked with management to assist my specific issue, which was much more flexible than anticipated. I am grateful to Amber and the team that helped her find a solution.
