I’m grateful for the discount on electricity being I’m on disability but unfortunately I just have to pay more water since they use a company in TEXAS to fulfill our water service. MINOL USA reads are meters electronically from Texas no person required to physically come to building and read…. my question would be why when we have plenty of water here for a cheaper rate. There is no way I should be paying $100 a month for water for a one bedroom apartment and a single person living in it. Also, my new USA does not offer disc... read more
