I’m grateful for the discount on electricity being I’m on disability but unfortunately I just have to pay more water since they use a company in TEXAS to fulfill our water service. MINOL USA reads are meters electronically from Texas no person required to physically come to building and read…. my question would be why when we have plenty of water here for a cheaper rate. Person that helped me today was very friendly and professional. She reached out to my landlord for me so that we could figure out how to start service as the address written on my lease wasn't pulling up in the system. Very good service!!!! The lady working the customer service or outage part wa very rude at 230 am. I reported an outage in my building and she acted like it inconvenienced her. Tried to tell me it www on my end when I clearly stated it was the whole building and the 3rd time this week. She huffed and puffed and asked me why I’m the only one calling it in. Ma’am it’s 2am I don’t know why. So very rude. If I could get a different electric company I would.
