Dawna was easily available, responded quickly to questions and concerns. She worked hard to ready our cabin, post it and show it in a matter of days, without us having to do anything! Arranged showings and, due to her efforts, it sold within a week of going on the market!
If you want the right home for you and your family, and that fits your budget and needs, this is the place for you. Dawna was easy to work with, sacrificed her own time to show us homes, and really listened to both of our needs/wants. She worked with our Mortgage company and took a lot of the work off of our shoulders. She let us know when things “weren’t right” and gave advice when we didn’t know what to do. She advocated for US!!
Dawna is extremely knowledgeable about snohomish county, from homes to land to off grid cabins she can help you find or sell anything. She takes into account what you are looking for and can tell very easily the things that will and won’t work for you about a property. I love working with her and getting her advice. All around wonderful person and agent!
