I’ve been coming here for years for my hair, and the experience is always exceptional. My hair is consistently beautiful, healthy, and styled exactly the way I like it. She pays attention to the details, understands my hair, and I always leave feeling polished and put together. I absolutely trust her with my hair and highly recommend her!
I had an appointment with Ms. Wooten last month. Her salon is very beautiful. She’s also very nice. The issue I had was my appointment was at 5:30 pm, I left at 10:45 pm. She seemed to be overbooked that day, I’m unsure, I booked my appointment almost a month ahead of time. I booked for a scalp analysis and her machine was not charged or working properly, I didn’t receive the full benefit of what I requested but was charged the full amount.
