Great Company to work with! Top Notch Customer service and support.
I put SnoBlox on my new metal roof over 15 years ago. They were glued on as per the company’s directions. A few come off over time not many. Last winter we had a very heavy snow fall followed by a heavy rain. This caused a large number of the Blox to fail. After talking to the company with little hope of any help they said that they shouldn’t have failed and not only backed up their warranty but let me change to a colored variety instead of the clear type. I ordered 45 snow anchors for my new metal roof, six weeks later when the carpenter was able to show up and install them, we could only account for 42 anchors. I emailed SnoBlox-SnoJax and they had three more snow anchors in the mail the same day at no extra charge to me. It is great to know there still are great vendors out there. The snow anchors are stainless steel and of great quality at a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend the the anchors and the customer satisfaction of this company. Vern Wagner Montrose, CO
