My name is Colleen & I have been going to Snowballs for almost 10 years. I have only seen Randi & I trust her so much with my hair! I have had highlights, lowlights, all over color along with brow & lip waxing & obviously hair cuts & styling. She took the time to get to know my hair and my likes and dislikes. Randi has helped me with my hair health & I couldn’t be more thankful. She’s the sweetest person & I have never had a bad experience with her.

The girls at the salon are wonderfully talented human beings! I just got my hair highlighted and lowlighted with coppery pieces by Lexi. She always does what I want, as well as the other stylists in the salon. Thank you girls for being so professional.
