No one’s in here but open flags up. Has happened the last three times I’ve tried to come. The snow cones are the best I’ve ever had but the sign being up with no one in there is getting so annoying I wonder why I even try with this place anymore.

I was a little confused?.. you have 3 girls working and there's a small line forming but only one person taking orders and making snowballs but the other 2 girls sitting on there phones gossiping about freshman year?.. I come from 3 decades of customer service and that was inexcusable.
