Car readers at the self service bays rarely work (multiple cards tried), and when they do there is either no soap, or when you want just water it’s still soapy. I’ve been here a couple times and either I’m disappointed or can’t even pay to wash my car at all.
i went to use the self service bay today and there was very little soap comming out of the water gun and i told the guy that the soap barrel was empty of soap and the i went to use the high pressure wax and there was nothing but water comming out of it, i went and told him about it and he came over and put money into the machine and tried to tell me that there was wax on the car and i told him, don't tell me that. before these people owned it, when you would use the self service bays you would get plenty of everything when u... read more
