Clean and well-maintained. People are friendly and management does an excellent job.
Horrible harassment from the managers, nosy neighbors who are helped by management to harass other tenants about anything and everything, micromanaging the tenants with threats of eviction for having family members visit, for parking your car in the lot, for basically anything other than living like a prisoner. Not peaceful, not able to ever relax, busybodies who never let up. Section 8 so you must put up with whatever they target you with.
