Honest repair service – Called Ray after our dryer started making a loud banging noise. He arrived promptly and after taking our dryer apart determined we either needed a new blower or a new motor. He had to order the parts, so came back as soon as they came in. After taking the current blower out, he discovered a shoe-lace wedged in between the blower and the motor. He just charged us for his time and left with all the parts. Very positive experience--would highly recommend him.

Great Repair – I called Ray on Monday and he was at my house the next day. He was honest and was able to fix my machine in a jiffy. I can’t imagine what Sears would have tried to sell me or charged me if I had called them. Totally recommend him!!!

A Ray of Hope in the World of Appliance Service – Ray of Sno-King Appliance Service is the best. I called Ray after reading excellent reviews about him. He arrived on time to fix a dishwasher that would not drain and quickly determined that the problem had to do with the soap my tenant was using. He easily could have said the dishwasher needed a new motor, or exaggerated its problems to receive more money, but he didn't. He was honest about the "problem". Super Honest & VERY Fair Pricing! – I've known Ray for 15 years and he is the most honest & best appliance repair person I know. He's excellent about getting back to you -- if you don't get an answer that's probably because he's inside a dishwasher or oven! Leave him a message and you'll be happy you did. A+ all around.

Prompt and on-time repairman! – I called and left a message with Ray to have him come out to see a refrigerator problem. He promptly returned my phone call and came out the next day, even with a few new inches of fresh snow! He was scheduled to come out between 1-3 pm and he called around 2 to let me know he was on his way. I thought that was very courteous, and he was prompt and on time. His estimate was reasonable and he seemed honest in his price quote.

Ray is THE MAN – I was in the appliance parts business for 5 years prior to my current career, which is where I met Ray. Out of all the repair shops that sourced their parts from us, Ray was the one who exhibted the most integrity. Now, 15 years latter I'm still calling him for our repair needs. He's always very responsive and painfully honest. If something isn't worth fixing, he'll tell you.

Gets right to work. Recommend Highly. – "Ray" always returns calls, and shows up as scheduled. Professional, and gets right to the source. Knowledgeable, and honest. We had rodents chewing on water hose in washing machine, and making nests in dryer mechanism as well. He was fair in pricing since "they" were repeat affenders. Definitely recommends.
