Came out as a rep for American Home Shield. Diagnosed issue as air in the system, said would send in for repair approval. I call AHS 23 days later and they say S&K wont do the repair because he does not want to dig up the (6 feet) of pvc to replace. STAY AWAY. This company is worthless.
I can look up how to fix things on you tube too! Maybe don't do it in front of the client. Also maybe do a little research on the parts your ordering before you order the WRONG ones. we opened a trouble ticket 81 days ago. after the run around, today 81 days later our pool is finally fixed...if you want a quick service don't call him!!! Thanks also for the 10 minute warnings your coming to our house, that's great for work schedules.
