Amazing! I had a bit of an emergency - another "local" (see below) carpet cleaning company cancelled on me last minute, the day before I was suppose to move into my house. I figured it was a long shot to get another carpet cleaning company out the SAME DAY, but SNK came through for me big time and got it done! I contacted Nick in the morning about scheduling a couch cleaning and he came the same afternoon! Nick is beyond professional and pleasant, he informed me of the entire process, and proceeded to make my very dirty couch look new! He took care of the rugs and flooring surrounding my couch, he took his time, and showed me some areas of before and after so I could see the color difference.
