My car broke down right in front of SMJ mechanics....yes it's true! They found the problem quickly and did the repair. I would definitely recommend these experienced mechanics.
Customer service severely lacking, I sent an enquiry about some repairs on my car, albeit there were quite a few that needed doing, I got back a completely rude response telling me to sell it to the wreckers and to stop wasting their time, I have since found another mechanic that has gone through the process and costs with me and is happy to carry out the repairs. Have used SNJ before but won’t be again and will not recommend to my friends and family. Abit of empathy and professionalism goes along way with a customer.
Best mechanic I’ve been to! From when I called stuck in a shopping carpark to helping me get back on the road so quickly Replaced alternator not to mention a rwc as it was a second hand purchase that day at the same spot, my sons a mechanic and said it was half the price a lot would charge. Great service and so appreciated. Highly recommend
