ALL the staff here are great & consistent! Tracy, Ann Marie, & Hannah are awesome, kind, patient to my son and really all the kids I’ve seen here! We keep coming back!
I have been taking both my kids girl and boy to Snipz for close to 3 years now and I have always been impressed by the quality , value and customer service. Both Anne Marie and Tracy have been excellent- meaning they do a great job with the haircut itself, they communicate with me as well as with my kids during the process, and they each have an excellent attitude dealing with the workload/ parents/ walk-ins/ unpredictability of cutting childrens hair! We love Tracy and everyone at Snipz!! My child has been seeing Tracy ever since the pandemic and I’m so grateful for her artistic, thoughtful and careful attention to detail haircuts, but also her immensely kind and fun spirit that makes the appointments a joy. The Ladies here at Snipz are wonderful and caring. They do a great job making the kids feel comfortable and just want to make them happy. They don't cut shorter than requested, which is great! They are kind, positive, helpful, and talented!
