Really bad customer service. I walked in and and no one even acknowledged me until I eventually spoke up and said I had an appointment. Another time I booked an appointment in the morning and showed up in the afternoon and the hairstylist wasn’t even there.
The lady cutting my hair didn't listen to my instructions at all. Cut way too much off
