Very disappointed with the result🥲 I paid $160 for a hair color without bleach, and unfortunately, I left feeling like I had barely gotten my hair colored at all. The color I showed as a reference was clearly visible and exactly what I wanted, but the result I received was nowhere close. I waited for an hour and a half to get a haircut, and the whole time nobody said anything to me. Then the barber cutting a lady’s hair told me there were no barbers available to cut my hair. I don’t understand why this couldn’t have been communicated earlier instead of wasting my time. I even asked to use the washroom, and still nobody explained the situation.
