Juliette was great with my elderly friend who is hearing impaired. She was very friendly & listened to what my friend wanted for hairstyle. Some stylists I’ve taken her to, tend to ignore her & won’t converse with her because of her impairment, Juliette was very kind, friendly, & engaged her in conversation. She made my friend feel special. Thank you Juliette, this means a lot to her!
