Kelly was hairdresser. Sat in chair for almost 3 hours to put foil in hair for highlights. My hair isn’t exceptionally long. She was so slow that she had to take the back foils and rinse it out with ice cold water btw and left top foils in. In the meantime hair is in sink wet for another 45 minutes while front foils are still in. My highlights were bright yellow. I asked for a toner, she left it in for 5 minutes.
