Awfull. They gave us a low initial price on my son's car. When they had the transmission apart, they said it needed more parts and increased the price by a few hundred $ which we negotiated down but paid. We got the car back and the trans went out after 500 miles. They blamed it on a radiator hose and charged more for parts to repair it again.
